Much to my dismay, I lost one of my 18ct rose gold Forget-me-not Earrings. Emma not only replaced the missing earring at a reasonable cost, she also very kindly restored the badly damaged remaining one free of charge. I'm very grateful, especially for all the extra help she provided. Wonderful customer service.
